Introduction

I like to combo red and sweet potatoes (sp?) when I make roasted potatoes as a side dish. Just dice them up and stick them in the oven and yummy yummy in your tummy!! :) I like to combo red and sweet potatoes (sp?) when I make roasted potatoes as a side dish. Just dice them up and stick them in the oven and yummy yummy in your tummy!! :)

Ingredients

    Red Potato
    Sweet Potato
    Olive Oil
    Pam
    Steak Seasoning

Directions

Dice the potatoes and mix with steak seasoning and olive oil. Cover a cookie sheet with foil (for easy clean up) and spray the foil with pam, then dump the potato mixture and back in a preheated oven (425 degrees) for 20 minutes or until soft. Stir potatoes half way thru to help prevent sticking and even cooking. Enjoy!!
