Ingredients

    3 cups whole wheat flour
    1.5 tbsp baking powder
    1.25 cups quick cooking oats
    1 tsp saslt
    1 egg white
    1/4 cup honey
    1.5 cups milk
    1tb applesauce

Directions

In a large bowl mix flour, oats, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl beat egg with honey and milk. Pour the egg mixture into the oatmeal mixture, stirring until moist. The dough will not be smooth. Spread into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake 1.25 hours till toothpick in center comes out clean.
