Ingredients

    3 Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked
    2 (10 oz) bags frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 cup skim milk
    4 egg whites
    2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
    2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 98% Fat Free
    2 cups small diced potatoes, softened

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. In a large casserole dish combine thawed mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, potatoes, and chicken. In separate bowl mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs then pour over the pot pie mixture.
Bake 30 min
