    For Batter:
    1 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 Egg
    2 Egg whites
    1 TBSP Canola Oil
    1/2 cup Sugar
    3/4 cup Granulated Splenda
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 2/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
    1 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice

    For Filling
    6 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 TBSP All Purpose Flour
    2 Egg whites
    1/8 cup Sugar
    1/8 cup Splenda


Preheat oven to 350d
Spray 2 loaf pans (8x4x2 each) with nonstick spray.
Combine all filling ingredients and set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat the pumpkin, applesauce, egg, egg whites, and oil.
In a separate bowl, using a whisk, combine the sugar, splenda, baking soda, salt, flour, and pumpkin pie spice. Add to the pumpkin mixture and combine thoroughly.
Divide 1/3 of the batter between the 2 loaf pans and then top each with 1/4 of the filling.
Repeat layers.
Top each with the remaining batter.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pans before removing from pans and cooling completely on a wire rack.
Cut each loaf into 14 slices.
Serving size is 2 slices.
Refrigerate leftovers.
