Ingredients

    Cream
    1 stick Margarine
    2/3c Granulated Sugar

    Beat
    2 large eggs then add to sugar

    Add
    1c Milk 1%
    1Tbsp Lemon Juice
    (or veto for 1c Buttermilk)
    3/4tsp Baking Soda
    1c whole wheat flour
    1c cornmeal

    Mix well

Directions

Cook for 45 minutes at 350F
Makes one 9x13 pan = 20 servings
