Ingredients

2 chicken breast halves
1/2 large onion, diced
1 medium stalk celery, diced
1 cup diced fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. canola oil
1/2 cup Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup 1% milk
1 T. Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker. Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in canola oil and scatter over chicken breasts. Combine mushroom soup, soup mix and mix and pour over all. Cook 3-4 hours on low.
