Number of Servings: 1


    2 3.5 oz pieces of salmon
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    2 tsp fat free mayo/whipped dressing
    1 tbsp horse raddish (add more for flavor if desired)
    1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

    Ground pepper for added taste


Thaw your salmon if using frozen.

In a bowl, mix the mustard, mayo and horse raddish. Distribute over the top of the salmon. Pour panko bread crumbs on top of the sauces. Add ground pepper for added taste.

Place a piece of foil on a cookie sheet and spray PAM on the foil. Place salmon on cookie sheet and in the oven at 350 F for 15-20 minutes. Always cut fish in the middle to assure it is fully cooked at cooking times vary.

Makes 2 3.5oz servings.
