Ingredients

    4 c. homemade chicken stock
    left over chicken 2 cups
    leeks 1cup
    carrots 3 med.
    red pepper 1/2
    zuchinni 2 small
    1/2 box of whole grain rotini
    grind of black pepper
    dash of salt
    sprig of lemon thyme
    1tbs of marjoram
    2 tbs fresh basil
    3 bay leaves

Directions

chop vegies to bite size, add to stock, add chicken, and simmer, add seasonings and rotini, water to desired texture.
Ready in an hour, but you can cook it longer.
