Introduction

We first tasted this at a local restaurant and since then, have been trying to replicate it at home. It's better at the restaurant but a little healthier at home probably. Any ideas of how to make it more decadent but healthier? We first tasted this at a local restaurant and since then, have been trying to replicate it at home. Ingredients

    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    2 Tablespoons low fat mayo
    3 cloves garlic, minced finely
    Half a loaf of french bread- sliced.

Directions

Combine parmesan cheese, mayo and garlic and mix well. Add some of the cheese mixture on the top of each bread slice and broil until slightly golden brown on top- check often or it will burn or get too toasty.
