    1 can of solid albacore tuna in water drained and rinsed lettuce 1 cup chopped 3 Tablespoons of best foods mayonnaise pinch of black pepper red onion 1/8 a cup 3 tablespoons of green peppers


add drained tuna pinch of pepper mayo and veggies fold the mix makes to well filled sandwiches
