    3 cups uncooked yolk-free whole wheat noodles
    12 ounces ground turkey breast
    1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
    1 pkg. (16oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed & drained
    1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    2 tsp Sugar
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 cup Minced Fresh Parsley


Cook noodles according to package directions.

Meanwhile in a large skillet over medium heat cook beef and peppers until meat is no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Stir in Mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, italian seasoning, sugar and salt. Heat through.

Drain noodles, stir into meat mixture. Sprinkle with parley.
