Introduction
I love these muffins! I make up a batch, put it in the fridge, then all I have to do in the morning for fresh, hot muffins, is pull out a few scoops and microwave or bake! If using microwave, muffins only take a minute each! Also great for a snack! I love these muffins! Ingredients

Flour 2 1/2 Cups
Baking Soda 2 1/2 teaspoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Water 1 Cup
All Bran Cereal 3 Cups
Raisins 1 Cup
Brown Sugar 1 Cup
Buttermilk 2 Cups
Vegetable Oil 1/2 Cup
Eggs 2
Directions
I small bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt. set aside.
Bring water to a boil. In large bowl mix cereal, brown sugar, and raisins. Add hot water and stir. Add buttermilk and eggs. add flour mixture. mix well. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
If using microwavable muffin cups (or just a regular, small drinking or measuring cup will work), line with paper muffin cups or spray. Fill cups 2/3 full. Microwave 1 minute for each muffin. If using oven, preheat oven to 400 F. Line muffin tins with paper liners or spray. fill 2/3 full. Bake for 10-15 min.
