    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    Flaxseed oil, 1 tbsp
    *Egg Rolls, Vegetable, Take Out, 2.294 oz


The vedetables are chopped
And the eggroll with peanuts is pressed out of the can and sliced
The ingredients except the carrots and apple are fried a little
Than the carrots and the sliced apple is added
and a dl of water add spices. I used garlic salt and timian and pepper
15 min and the meal is ready to eat
