    1lb Chicken breast, cut
    Cream Cheese
    Chicken Stock
    Whole Wheat Pasta
    Hot Sauce
    Ranch Dressing (optional)


Season chicken and cook in chicken stock. When chicken is done, reserve 1/2 liquid. Set chicken to side.

Combine liquid and 8oz of cream cheese. Cook til cream cheese is melted. Add back in chicken, and hot sauce to liking.

Add ranch dressing for additional flavor. Serve over noodles.
