    1. Bake 4 chicken breasts or use leftover chicken, remove bone and tear into finger strips.
    2. Grease casserole dish with cooking spray (I use Crisco).
    3. Arrange 2 - 10 ounce packages of broccoli in casserole dish.
    4. Place chicken on top of broccoli.
    5. Combine 2 cans soup, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder. Pour mixture evenly over chicken and broccoli.
    6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup bread crumbs over top of mixture, place dots of (1 Tablespoon) butter over all.
    7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes..

    This dish may be prepared ahead of time and stored in refrigerator until ready to cook. I usually prepare this the night before.

    Optional: May sprinkle with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, this is not included in calorie calculation.
