Introduction
This is a slight revision of a recipe listed here. I use mini muffin pan so I get smaller muffins for that "I just want a taste" craving. I am re-posting my variation so i can have the updated calorie count. Note: the original recipe was for larger muffins and this recipe's equivalent would be 2 mini muffins. Ingredients

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 Splenda packets
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 banannas, smashed
1/3 cup un-packed raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Combine first four items, mix well to blend. iIn separate bowl, mix next four items to blend well. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix untill four mixture is doughy. Fold in raisins.
Fill non-stick mini muffin pan (I use a 12 mini muffin pan). Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove immediately from pan when done. Enjoy!
