    1 lb. of lean ground chicken (turkey can be substituted)
    2 can Mexican Style Beans
    1 lg. can Diced tomatoes
    1 onion
    1/2 c. celery
    3 cloves garlic
    1 lb. raw mushrooms, quartered
    1/2 red pepper
    1/2 green pepper
    1 T. cumin (more to taste)
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Crumble and brown ground chicken. Add onion, garlic, celery, red & green peppers and mushrooms. Cook till almost done. Season to taste w/ salt & pepper

Add meat & vegetable mixture to crock pot.
Add 2 cans of Mexican Beans. Add 1 T. cumin.

Stir and simmer on slow in crock pot about 3 hours.

Makes 10 1-cup servings! Enjoy.
Add 1 lg. can Diced Tomatoes
