Ingredients

1 cup low fat buttermilk
1 cup of pumpkin puree
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of Kelloggs' all bran buds cereal (there is no substitute for this)
1 cup of bran
2 TBSP Wheat Germ
2 Tbsp Flaxseed (actually can be more up to 1/2 cup)
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup mini choc. chips
Directions
400 ^ oven for 20-25 min. They are very dense, but very fiber filled.
