Number of Servings: 8


    1 bone in chicken breast
    3 t chicken bouillon
    1/2 cup Lundberg wild rice blend
    1/4 cup Quinoa
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    2 cups sliced carrots
    1 cup cubed sweet potato
    1/2 cup quick barley
    2 cups speckled butter beans or any canned beans
    1 cup chopped fresh baby spinich
    salt, pepper and Mrs Dash to taste


Boil chicken breast in 8 cups water with 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon for 30 minutes
Add salt pepper and Mrs Dash to taste
remove chicken and add onion, celery, rice, carrots and Quinoa. Cook for 30 minutes then add barley.
Add sweet potato,chicken and beans
(chop chicken into bite size pieces)
When rice. carrots and sweet potato are done add spinich just before serving.
