Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Baguette Maison cousin (300g)
    2 tbsp Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cold Pressed
    3 cloves of garlic minced
    15 g sundry tomatoes in oil (Amira)
    3 tbsp Kraft 100% Parmasan Shredded
    Paprika

Directions

Preaheat the broiler. in a blender or small food processor, blend or process the oil and garlic and sundried tomatoes untill well combined. Brush the cut surface of the bread with the garlic mixture. Sprinkle each bread half with 1 1/2 tbsp of parmesan. Using a sharp kinfe, score each half diagonally into 6 slices. Lightly sprinkle with the paprika. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes or just until golden brown.

8 serving 1/8 of the loaf each
