Introduction

I found this to be a great item for eating on nights that you don't want to cook. It's filling and tastes great. I found this to be a great item for eating on nights that you don't want to cook. It's filling and tastes great.

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast. boneless, 5
    "Real" Mayo, 2.5 tbsp
    Grapes, 45 sliced
    almonds, 1/2 cup slivered
    Black Pepper, fresh ground
    1 lemon, squezed with zest
3 celery stalks, washed and chopped
1 cup fresh chopped onion, red or white
    3 1/2" crossiant

Directions

Boil chicken until done. Slice grapes in half or quarter if large. Wash and chop celery into small peices. I use a fork to shread the chicken. You can use small or large crossiants, depending on what you want. I have used the small ones. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and add some of the lemon zest to spice it up. This should make you about 20, 3 1/2" crossiants. Make sure that your Mayo says "REAL" on the label. This will hold in the fridge for 10 to 15 days, if it lasts that long.
