Ingredients

    2.25 cups of canned chickpeas
    5 oz of tahini
    3 tbsp of olive oil
    Juice of one lemon
    1 cup of sundried tomatos
    3 cloves of garlic
    juice from the can of chickpeas (use enough so that hummus is thick and chunky, not watery)
    spices to taste: salt, basil, pepper, garlic powder, cumin (start with 1/4 teaspoon of each and keep adding to taste)

Directions

Makes 80 1 tbsp searvings!

Mix all ingredients except for chickpeas (and their juices) together in a food processor. Slowly add chickpeas and juices and blend until smooth.
