    1.5 lbs lean ground turkey
    1 tsp salt
    1 TBSP garlic powder
    1/2 TBSP onion powder
    1 tsp McCormick's Montreal Steak seasoning
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped mushroom
    1 TBSP ground basil
    1 tsp ground oregano
    1 cup pizza sauce
    6 medium bell peppers
    1/2 cup sargento lowfat mozzarella cheese, grated.


IN a skillet sprayed with PAM, brown the turkey, salts, and seasonings. Add the pizza sauce, onion, mushroom, and chopped bell pepper. Remove the tops from the 6 medium bell peppers and remove the seeds. Steam in the microwave for 3 minutes. Remove, and fill with meat mixture. Top evenly with the cheese, and bake at 350* for 20 minutes, in a pan filled with 1 inch of water.
