    3/4 cup brown rice
    1.5 cup apple juice
    1/3 cup raisins
    1 small apple, peeled and diced
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup water, as needed


Bring the apple juice to a boil, and then add rice and cinnamon. Cook for about 30 minutes, and then add the apples and raisins.

Cook until rice is tender, adding water as necessary.
