    *93% lean hamburger meat, 5 oz (remove)
    *whole onion, raw (1 onion), 1 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, canned, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)


cook onion and garlic with ground beef, then add other ingredients and water enough to cook rice with all ingredients in one pan. when rice is cooked, serve.
