Introduction

This is a great accompiniment with any dish and healthy! This is a great accompiniment with any dish and healthy!

Ingredients

    1 large cup mushroom, stem taken out
    15g dry couscous
    1 garlic clove
    half small onion
    10g hard parmesan grated

Directions

Finely chop the stem of the mushroom with the garlic and onion.
In the meantime put the couscous in a glass bowl and add boiling water to cover the couscous. Cover the bowl and let stand until all water is evaporated.
Once water is evaporated add the onion, garlic and mushroom stem to the couscous and mix.
Stuff the mushrooms with the couscous mix and top with grated parmesan.
Bake in oven at 180 for about 10 to 15 minutes.
