    8 oz whole wheat pasta
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    3 Garlic cloves , crushed
    8 oz mushrooms , sliced
    1/2 onion , chopped
    10 oz artichoke hearts , quartered
    4 oz sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil (drained)
    1 tsp blk.pepper
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 cup water
    1 cup grated parmezan cheese
    1 tomato , chopped


serves 4
cook pasta in boiling water until done. Heat olive oil in frying pan saute'the chopped onion, mushrooms and garlic until soft, stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, ground pepper, artichoke hearts and lemon juice,add the water.Bring to a boil,cook until liquid is reduced to a third. Toss pasta with sauce and top with vtomato and parmezan. add more salt and pepper if needed.
