    Beacon Light Boneless Skinless Tilapia Fillet, 1 fillet = 2 Servings (6oz)
    Salt, pepper, garlic and paprika to taste.
    Pepperccini (whole or rings) but the juice in the jar is also very important! Read why in the cooking instructions.
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil.


Barely grease the bottom of fry pan with extra virgin olive oil; turn heat onto low or low-medium.
For both sides of the Beacon Light Boneless Skinless Tilapia Fillet, 1 fillet = 2 Servings (6oz), add salt, pepper, garlic and paprika to taste.
Slice pepperccini into small bits and sprinkle on top of fish. (optional - I like my fish to bite!)
Take 1 tbsp of the pepperccini juice from the jar and place in frying pan while the fillet is cooking. Barely add a little more juice to keep fillet moist when you flip it to cook the other side.
This process should take about 10 min on the stove-top.
Place in small baking dish and place in the oven at 400 F for another 10 minutes. All done! 20 minutes, tops! Enjoy!
