    730 grams moose meat
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 398 ml can tomatoe sauce
    1/2 cup minute rice (uncooked)
    1/2 medium cabbage, shredded


Brown ground moose meat, onion and garlic in non stick frying pan. Add tomatoe sauce, water, salt, pepper and rice. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 20 min. Spray baking dish with olive oil and layer the cabbage and moose meat in the dish. Repeat. Cover and bake at 350 F for 1 hour
