    1 lb Ground Buffalo
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1/4 cup taco seasoning
    3/4 cup egg beaters
    3/4 cup heart smart bisquick
    1 cup non fat milk
    4oz. green chilis canned
    Fat free cheddar cheese
    Sour cream fat free


brown ground buffalo and onions. add taco seasoning and green chilis. Transfer to a lightly greased 9 x 12 baking dish.

Combine eggs, bisquick, milk in bowl and whisk. pour over meat mixture.

Bake at 400 for 25 minutes until set.
