Introduction
1/2 cup of any fresh berries would be great blended into this, I happened to have raspberries. Makes a lovely creamy cheesy fruit dip. Super easy to make in a jiffy if friends stop by and you want something nice to serve them! Serve with slices of fruit. 1/2 cup of any fresh berries would be great blended into this, I happened to have raspberries. Makes a lovely creamy cheesy fruit dip. Ingredients
-
1/4 cup light whipping cream
1/2 cup Trader Joe's Whipped Cream Cheese (Light)
1/2 cup Plain, Sugar Free Yogurt (I prefer Mountain High)
1/2 tsp dried orange peel
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 tbsp Blue Agave Nectar (Light)
Directions
Whip 1/4 cup light whipping cream in medium mixing bowl
Add 1/2 cup Whipped Cream Cheese and beat together with electric hand mixer until smooth
Add 1/2 cup Yogurt, 1/2 tsp orange peel, and mix in
Add 1/2 cup raspberries and blend in with mixer so it chops them up a bit and adds their flavor and color evenly to the whole mix.
Makes about 6 servings of 1/4 cup each
