    Baked or Rotisserie chicken until done (perfect with leftover chicken actually)
    2 hard boiled eggs


Remove chicken from bone and cut into desired size pieces. Put in 2-3 qt pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and let simmer a few minutes. Chop the eggs and add them just before serving. The egg yolks will thicken the liquid a little. This is great for the Adkins diet on a cold day.
