Introduction

Quiche with skim milk instead of cream. Quiche with skim milk instead of cream.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Pie Crust
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cups mushrooms sliced
    1 cup onion diced
    .5 cup shredded cheddar
    4 eggs beaten
    2/3 cup skim milk
    salt/pepper/paprika

Directions

Makes 8 servings

Preheat oven to 350
Saute onion and mushrooms together until soft.
Form crust in 9inch pie pan
Beat eggs, milk and spices together
Spread cheese in bottom of pie
Spread mushrooms/onions over cheese
Pour eggs mixture over all that
Bake for ~45 until mixture set (test with knife).

Cut into 1/8s for proper serving size.
