    3 boneless center cut pork chops
    1 egg whisked with 1 tbsp water
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat panko
    1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to taste (about 1/4 tsp each)


Heat oven to 375.
Mix cheese with panko and put in shallow dish.
Spread flour in another dish, and egg mixture in another.
Season chops with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning (or whatever spice you like)
Dredge chops in flour, then eggs, then panko.
Place on lightly oiled baking sheet and spray tops lightly with olive oil cooking spray.
Bake about 35 minutes, turning once.
