    A pound (or less..mine was .90) of Top Round Cutlets
    1 large onion
    1 large red pepper
    Ortega Fajita Seasoning Mix


Slice top round into strips and put into hot pan (I sprayed my pan with a bit of olive oil..but didn't factor that in). Add onions and peppers. Once your meat is no longer pin add fajita seasoning.
