    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    3/4 cup splenda
    1 1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    3/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup all whites egg substitute
    1 cup bananas, mashed
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x4 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, stir together flours, splenda, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add egg white substitute, bananas and applesauce, stir just until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

NOTE: For muffins, prepare muffin pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
