    2lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 C Uncooked Minute Rice
    1 C Water (for rice)
    1 Large Egg
    2 Bell Peppers
    Granulated Onion
    1 Family Size cans Campbell's Tomato Soup
    3/4 Can (from above soup) water
    8 Oz Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigata


Make rice according to package. Cut out centers of peppers and wash. Mix cooked rice, egg, ground beef and onion well. Form meatballs and place in peppers (should fill pepper). Form 6 additional meatballs. Place all in large sauce pan and add tomato soup and water mixture. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours.

Cook pasta according to directions.

Serve peppers and sauce over pasta.
