You can make this in less than 10 minutes. I just put it all in a slow cooker. You can make this in less than 10 minutes. I just put it all in a slow cooker.

    Fat Free Ground Turkey 1 Pkg
    2 Small cans of no salt added tomato sauce
    2 Regular cans of no salt added diced tomato
    1 Regular can Kidney Beans no salt added
    1 Regular Can Edens Corn, Okra, and tomato mix


Just put all the ingredients in a slow cooker or in a large pot on the stove. I don't add any salt or pepper or anything. You would have to season to fit your taste. Will feed about 6 people, but I make it and freeze it for my husband and myself.
Makes about 6 1 1/2 cup servings.
