Introduction

Got this from my son's daycare--it's a good recipe that the kids can help make. Got this from my son's daycare--it's a good recipe that the kids can help make.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large apples, cored and sliced
    1/3 c Quaker Quick Oats
    1/3 c brown sugar, unpacked
    1/3 c flour
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 c margarine/butter (I use Smart Balance w/Flax)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. Peel, core and slice the apples. Spread apples into bottom of glass 8x8 dish (the kids can help!). Combine and mix dry ingredients and butter. Pour mixture over apples and bake for 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
