    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    Instant Oatmeal, prepared with water, 30 grams


One serving
1 dl oatmeal and 2 dl water is put in a pot
1 appel and 1 banana is sliced and put in the pot
Bil it while stirring
When the porridge bobbles it is finished
Serve it with cinnamen
Enjoy it, I did
