Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:
    3 cup Rolled Oats
    1/3 cup each milled Flax Seed, almond meal, Whole Wheat Flour, Soy Flour
    2 tbsp ground Cinnamon
    1 cup chopped whole Almonds

    * *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.3 cup (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 1 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .3 cup, packed (remove)
    * Honey, .3 cup (remove)

    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Almonds, .3 cup, ground (remove)

Directions

makes about 20 1/2-cup servings.

Preheat oven to 325.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together all of the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients with a wisk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir together until everything is moist and somewhat chunky. Generously spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray. Dump mixture onto prepared sheet and spread out to make an even layer. Bake at 325 stirring every 15 minutes until dry and well browned , about 45 minutes.
