    * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans),2 15 oz cans, drained, rinsed
    * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup
    * Onions, raw, 2 small, chopped
    * Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
    * Canola Oil, 4 1tsp
    * Chana masala, 2 tspns
    * salt to taste
    * Jalapeno pepper, 1, minced
    * Amchur, 1 tspn

Directions

Heat oil, add onion and garlic and saute till brown. Add chana masala, jalapeno and tomatoes. Simmer briefly. Add chickpeas, amchur, salt and simmer till thick,
