    1 box Stove Top Chicken Stuffing mix
    1 1/2 cups chicken broth
    12 large eggs
    1/2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Monterey Jack and Colby Cheese
    2 tablespoons bacon bits


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Microwave the broth until hot. Combine the stuffing mix with the broth and microwave for 2 additional minutes. Distribute stuffing mix evenly between 12 muffin cups (the larger muffin pans work better). Spray a small cup with nonstick spray and press down the stuffing mix to make a hollow. Break an egg into the hollow of each muffin cup. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top each with cheese and bacon bits. Return to oven until cheese melts.
