Ingredients

3-4 Boneless, skinless, Chicken Breast, thawed if using frozen.

    1/2 C. Bisquick Bakiong Mx.

    1 Tsp. Paprika

1 Tsp. Ms Dash, flavor of choice.

1/4 c. Egg Beaters, or Egg Substitue of choice.

    2 Tbsp. Lightly Salted Butter.

1 Tbsp. Oilive Oil, or Oil of choice.

Directions

Place thawed frozen Chicken Breast into a Ziploc Bag, add the Egg Beater Mixture and toss around to coat chicken evenly and set aside.

Mix all dry ingredients into a deep enough bowl to coat the Chicken Breast well, set aside.

Preheat Oven to 425 degrees, placing oven rack in the center of the Oven.

Take a large enough baking dish to place the Chicken for cooking that allows no touching of the Chicken while cooking. Spary with Oil or PAM non-stick spray. Melt the Butter into the Olive Oil by placing the prepared dish into the Preheated Oven. When Butter is melted and the mixutre is hot, start to Bread the Chicken with the dry ingredients, one piece at a time. Remove from the Egg Mixture bag, placing into the dry ingredient bowl, pressing hard enough to allow the mixture to coat pieces evenly. Place each into the preheated and prepared oven pan, remembering not to let the peices touch each other. When all are in the baking dish, place into the Preheated oven at 425 degrees for 30 min. After that time, turn the pieces to allow even browning and let cook for an additional 15-20 min.

Remove finished Chicken promptly to prevent absorbing too much additonal Oil Mixture and serve as is, or with a Dipping Sauce of your choice.
