    3lb rabbit cut up into pieces or 1lb rabbit meat
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 cups water
    1 cup white whine
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 tbsp bragg's liquid aminos
    1/2 cup snap peas, diced
    2 cups of fingerling potatoes, cut into bite pieces
    15 large baby carrots, cut into bite pieces
    2 cups of sliced mushrooms
    1 cup of sliced celery
    1 tbsp dried minced onions


Heat up oil in pan (I used cast iron wok). Dredge cut up rabbit in the flour. Season with salt and pepper. Brown in pain. Add all other ingredients and simmer for two hours. If you use rabbit pieces, remove bones. If you have leftover flour, make a paste with water and add to stew to thicken if needed. Makes 6 (1 cup) servings.
