    low salt chicken broth 1 cup
    tap water 4 cups
    dry split peas 2 cups
    dry samp 2 cups
    great northern beans dry 1 cup
    pork fresh loin lean only 32 oz.
    onions 3 med. coarsely chopped
    peppers red or green coarselt chopped 2
    garlic 5 cloves minced
    black pepper 2 tsps.
    bay leaf 3
    worcestershire sauce 1 TBS


Soak beans, samp and peas overnight. Add all ingredients to large pot and simmer 2-21/2 hrs.Makes 24 healthy cupfuls
