    10 oz.frozen chopped brocolli
    1 lb of cooked chicken breast
    1 cup Ragu light parmesan Alfredo sauce
    1/3 cup nonfat milk
    8oz. 100% whole wheat spaghetti noodles


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place broccoli in baking dish (approx. 8 x 8) and arrange chicken on top.

Mix sauce and milk and pour over chicken.

Sprinkle with cheese (optional).

Bake about 15 minutes (until sauce is bubbly or hot)

Cook whole wheat noodles according to package directions and put 2 oz. of noodles in a plate and top with a piece of chicken and sauce.
