    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 oz
    Pineapple Chunks No Sugar Added, 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, quarters
    .5 cup of pineapple juice
    Jalapeno Jelly, 1 tbsp.
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed


Cook roast ahead of time, but cook just until done so meat remains firm. Refrigerate and then cut into chunks. Place on skewer in this order: pineapple, onion, pineapple, beef, pineapple, onion, pineapple, onion, pineapple, beef, pineapple, onion and continue until skewer is full. Make a sauce from pineapple juice, jelly, and brown sugar. Brush often while cooking on grill.
