The best scramble I've had in awhile made healthier. The best scramble I've had in awhile made healthier.
Number of Servings: 1


    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup onions, raw
    1/4 cup spinach, frozen
    2% cheese, shredded
    Healthy choice smoked sausage, turkey and pork


Heat onions, spinach and sausage together in a skillet until the sausage just begins to brown.

Beat eggs and add cheese to them. Stir then pour into your skillet with the rest. Cook until desired firmness of eggs.
