    3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
    3/4 C fresh or frozen corn
    1/2 C finely chopped onion
    1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    2 T minced, fresh cilantro
    1/4 C lime juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 t cumin
    1 t oregano
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t ground corrainder


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serves 8 (1 serving = 1/2 C)
